Dear
Family and Friends, Monday,

Things are going so well
here. I am loving serving in the Montpelier Ward. So many things are going on
that I cant tell you about everything.
It was great to be able to skype home
and see everybody. I enjoyed the presents everyone sent. I really appreciated
them. So just to sum up what happened this week:
Monday: We got to take a
part member family to the Joseph Smith Memorial. They loved
it. We have an appointment set up to go over with Bishop on Tuesday. Bishop is
super excited that we are getting some work going here.
Tuesday: We tracted in the
dark in the rain at an apartment building and 5 people in a row said to come
back and share a Christmas message; but then the last house was a drunk lady
that thought we were cute.
Wednesday: We had Zone
Meeting and got to watch Its a Wonderful Life, and eat pizza.
Thursday: We went tracting
on Christmas day and were able to share Luke 2 twice on people's doorstep. No
one got mad at us.
Friday: We were able to
spend about 2 hours tracting Graniteville. We found a ton of potentials and got
to teach a 4 minute Restoration lesson. I got to talk to a guy my age about
trucks, we invited him after the conversation and he said that it would be
great for his girlfriend and young daughter. Elder Stephenson bought me a sub
sandwich.
Saturday: We tracted in
Marshfield and Cabot. One man told us not to knock on his door because if we
did "I will hunt you down with the power of sin."
Today we got to go on an
awesome hike around the Barre Granite Quarries. These are the same quarries
that the Joseph Smith Memorial came from, so pretty cool.
