Now Ill do a run down for the
week.
Monday - was a lot of fun, last
day in Lamoille Valley Ward. We stopped by a bunch of people to say goodbye to them.
Tuesday - we got up at 4:30 and
drove to Adam and Faith's house. Adam drove us down to the transfer meeting in
Manchester New Hampshire. The meeting lasted about an hour and then we got our
new companions. After that Adam left with Elder Smith and Elder Beck and Me and
Elder Stauffer headed up to Berlin. When we got there we put my stuff in the
apartment. After that we taught a member Jules. After that we saw one of our investigators, Jessica. We read a
chapter out of the book of Mormon with her.
Wednesday - We had my first
district meeting as a district leader. That was a whole lot of fun. It really
wasnt that hard. After that we taught Sister Rodgers, We
also taught Jessica a lesson again, and her mom, Lu.
Thursday - We had a good day.
We did some service for the Farmers market andI got a free t shirt!
After that we taught a member Brother Murphy. and that is about all
we did. We walked around a lot.
Friday - Today was the funnest
day. We did some service at a thrift store. We vacuum the carpets. We also
taught Jules again and then we taught a recent convert family the Bothas. They
are awesome. They just moved in a couple of weeks ago. They were baptized while
they were living in Louisiana. Brother Botha is from South Africa and Sister
Botha is originally from Berlin. They met each other in the Army and now have 4
kids. They fed us some awesome food and we had a great lesson that really
included their kids.
Saturday - Was a fun day as
well. We went to Lancaster NH. It is right on the border of New Hampshire and
Vermont, so we walked across the bridge into Vermont. We talked to a few of the
members in Lancaster.
Sunday - was good. We had
church of course. The branch is so small here. We had 50 people show up and 5
of them were visitors. There are a lot of tourist spots here because Mt.
Washington is in the area. After church we walked around and visited a
few people. We had a lesson with Lu.
The new area is really
different from my last. It is a lot bigger city here.
