Dear Family and Friends                                            Monday, May 13, 2013 at 11:33 (EDT)

Well this last week was pretty fun. On Monday we went up to the Worthington's house in Montgomery, VT. We took Tucker, one of the people that we are teaching, with us. When we got up there we helped Brother Worthington set up a teepee for the scouts that went camping up there on Friday. Then Brother Worthington showed us around his property. They get a lot of wildlife up there so he has a moose stand that he goes to, to watch the moose. They also have a sugarhouse on the property. One of the coolest things though was his fish pond. He has some pretty big fish in there because he feeds them. That was really fun.

On Tuesday we taught a lady in Jeffersonville named Jaime. We taught her the first lesson about the Restoration of the Gospel. When we were done teaching I asked how she felt and she said that she felt really at peace and she was no longer stressed out about her children.

On Wednesday Jake had his baptisimal interview. He passed and is ready to be baptized on May 25. He went on the campout with all the boys on Friday, and he really enjoyed it.

On Thursday we had District meeting with our new district. I got to talk to Elder Poll for a while about ATVs and Snowmobiles. He used to be one of the top guys for Polaris. He was in charge of several contracts for athletes such as Lavallee and Burandt. That was pretty cool to talk to him about that. He seemed to think that Polaris snowmobiles were better than Arctic Cat's for some reason. I didnt push it though :)  I know grandma Jensen said that she might know them.

On Friday we had a "car fast" meaning that we couldnt drive the truck. We were able to drive it to Morrisville and then ride the bikes from there. We decided to visit the Fitzgeralds which is about 3 or 4 miles from Morrisville. Well we got about halfway there when my bike went flat. So we walked the rest of the way to the Fitzgeralds and got a ride back into town.

On Saturday we went up to Eden. We tried to find a person that lives on North Road. This past spring North Road got washed out so we got to see that.

On Sunday we found out that Jamie got an eviction notice. Shes been going through a tough time. She is going through a real trial of her faith, but she still wants to keep meeting with us. Sunday night I got to call home which was good. I enjoyed talking to everybody. I wish we got to call home more often but that makes it so my mind is on the work more of the time.

Today we went hiking down the Long Trail. It passes near the church so we hiked on the south part of it. It was pretty fun.
